Item Description
Lot of 11 different, each 7.25x8" with choice animal portrait at center. From 1930. These were obtained by sending in circus animal lids. Names/animals are: Caesar/Lion, Bobby/Linx, Midnight/Leopard, Sheetah/Tiger, Zira/Panther, Emporer/Horse, Daniel/Chimp, Cuffy/Bear, Sammy/Sea Lion, Old Mary/Giraffe, Olympia/Hippo. Each blank reverse has scattered trace of aging and inked name on top margin. Fronts show light aging with margin/corner tip wear but all art remains clean. Hippo has light 3" corner crease. Fine/VF overall. These early premium pictures are rarely seen.
