Item Description
10.25" tall. White metal with green metallic finish. Nicely detailed design of USA rocket which has small spring-loaded slot on left side to propell coin into the moon 'bank.' Metal ring around moon has astronaut names "Shepard, Grissom, Glenn, Carpenter, Schirra, Cooper." Top side of same ring has text "Commemorating Lt. Col. John H. Glenn Jr.'s Triumphant Triple Orbit Of The Earth February 20, 1962." Front of base has worn sticker from bank in New Jersey. Working and Exc.
