29" tall when opened. Metal hinged handle acts as seat when folded flat. Metal top portion with text reads "Trans American Specialties Inc. New York City/Fair Seat." Bright orange decal reading "New York World's Fair 1939" with scuff across "9" on date. Metal tip at bottom missing, o/w sturdy. VF. Scarce.
