1.25" advertising classic inscribed in full "Not-A-Toy Develops The Baby/Cannot Upset/Cannot Fall Out/Used In Research And Welfare Work By Baby Welfare Ass'n. Phila. Pa." Pictured is youngster demonstrating rocker-like saucer featuring chair seat and restraining rails. Reverse has Bastian paper c. 1920. Cello has couple of extremely tiny raised pinpoint bumps that show only slightly even in reflected light. Has intense color. Perfect centering and high gloss. Rare.
