Item Description
4" tall with George Kellermann (known for their penny toys) mark and text "Made In Germany" on base. c. 1930s. Pulling string tips his hat. Paint has some aging and the tiniest traces of wear, but still Exc. Spring hat-tip device still works. Classic Chaplin toy.
