11”x14” original edition with CD single in sealed foil envelope featuring close-up metallic portrait. Contents include deluxe designed book with metal covers which quickly sold out following publication in 1992. Contents are largely sexually explicit photos plus related poetry, verse or text by Madonna. Very minor shelf wear at corners. Book is Mint with Exc. envelope.
