1.75" shows buggy in mud to the axles and one of two horses in mud to its belly as two men stare into the camera. Issuer's name on W&H paper reads "Compliments Of The Kelly-Springfield Road Roller Co. Springfield, Ohio." Only second we've seen and first with ribbon. Exc.
