1.25" with light stain on W&H likely 1896 backpaper for Philadelphia office. "6 To 1" likely a play on gold/silver campaign issue of "16 To 1." Red and blue both a bit faded but 3 slogans and scene still clear. Slogans are "They Stand The Test," "Made Of The Best," "Eclipse Riders Are Happy." Rare & Fine.
