Item Description
3x9.5" large and c. 1880s ribbon from "Waterloo F.D." Large needle insert at top to serve as pin. Metallic brass thread tassel and fringe. Scene and text hand painted. Lower right small bit of fabric gone .25" wide by 1.5" tall with small piece of tape on back to close 1" split. Still, most unusual. This and following are only two we've ever seen hand colored.
