Item Description
2-7/8x3-7/8" on card stock with blank for "Manager" to sign but no sponsor name. Has full figure image of Popeye. Tiny corner portraits of Popeye, Wimpy, Olive and bald-headed villain with two fang-like teeth. Small .25" moisture dot over one letter of "Popeye" but minor and all else crisp.
