Made by Bell Textile Company New York. 1950s. 24x36" with name and illustration. Comes with two-sided 5.25x8.25" die-cut tag with image of Hoppy and Topper in horseshoe. Tag attached by staple. Lower half of tag has torn through staple, but remains intact. Bottom right edge of rug has 1x2" area where fabric is worn. Tag shows light handling creases, but image and text remains bright.
