Unlisted in Hake guide. From same company as #1187. 1.25" from 1940s with silver star and text on black. Star denotes the rank of "Lieutenant." Previously we knew of only Member, Deputy and Captain. Rim text reads "Buchan's Lone Ranger Community Safety Club 'The Curb Is The Limit'." Rare. NM.
