Wrapper with Tom Mix Deputy ring premium offer. 5-1/8x5.75" glassine wrapper has art in center of book cover while left side shows "Tom Mix Deputy Ring" in 14k gold available free for 75 Tom Mix certificates. Right side has Tom Mix certificate with expiration date of June 30, 1935 while top of wrapper has ring size chart. Original folds but no tears. Booklet is No. 23 "Tom Mix And Tony Rope An Outlaw." Lightly tanned but o/w Mint.
