Came with item #1215. 2.25x3.5" opens to 4.5x10.5". Large Annie picture inside offering silver plated Fotoframe. Also text panels on ring care and use with ink pad as a personal "seal." 1.5x1.5" very faint spot on folder over Annie's face detracts little. Scarce & near VF.
