2x3.5" stiff card for 1940 club sponsored by Pep Comics. Card has typed-in member's name and actual ink-signed name with the characters quite light but readable. Light age tone on front. Blank back has darker tan streak and 1" dia. spot. Tiny nick right edge. Fine. Only third seen.
