Item Description
1-5/8" tall oval with covered tin back and bar pin depicts Mayflower (1620) passenger who married John Alden. Her legendary story was made famous by Longfellow's "The Courtship Of Miles Standish" in 1858. We suspect item was a New England based department store give-away c. 1900. No maker indicated. Scattered small raised cello bumps in reflected light but NM with high gloss and best of few we've seen.
