Item Description
2.5x4.75x2.25" box w/paper label reading "Pin Cushion/Made In Japan." Label is bright and clean. .75" tear on lid edge. Box contains 2.25x4.75" cloth/wood figural mammy pin cushion. Dress, apron, head scarf are cloth. Lt. surface dust. Arms are wire and appear to be made of a single black pipe cleaner. Head and body are black painted wood. Details of face are on printed paper and attached to wood body. Lower pin cushion area appears to be filled w/saw dust. Printed on back of dress is "Japan." c. 1930s.
