Item Description
Titled "Kraft System." This is a shiny chrome-plated 2" dia. by .75" thick well made device "Copyright 1941 H.T. Kraft Akron Ohio." While held against tire, the rod on side is pushed causing a pointed shaft to extend between tire treads with dial registering a percentage measurement that runs from "Danger" to "Safe." Trivial yellowing of cello dial. Neat and NM.
