Gorgeous b/w real photo of 3 galloping horses, driver and boiler belching smoke. Issued for Rochester, 1912 event, likely a firemen's convention. Reverse collet is firmly in place but its inner edge has many extremely tiny raised bumps so possibly a replacement but displays Exc. with just tiny scuff on mirrored glass. Front cello is Exc.
