Bottom has metal head of fireman's axe and reverse reads "State Fireman Lockhaven, Pa. 1933." Third is 4.5" overall. Window for name on top bar. Medallion at bottom reads "59th Annual Convention Penna. State Fireman's Ass'n. Lebanon Oct. 1938." Last is 3.25" overall w/1.25" celluloid button top reading "Volunteer Fire Co.
