Item Description
Graphic and rare local issue for department store in the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC area. A few fine hairlines barely show in reflected light. Very slight denting to abnormally high domed surface. Displays glossy and Mint. About the third we've seen. No backpaper if it had one. The same department store issued a scarce Wizard of Oz promotional button - see #933.
