1.5" with covered tin back and safety pin. No maker's name. Cartoon of Hitler, Tojo and Mussolini suspended by skewers through their boots dangling from a rack as FDR with large shears approaches captioned "Let's Butcher These Three Pigs." About 18 tan age dots around rim edge. Still glossy. Overall Fine and only example known to us.
