Striking 1.25" showing Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket on a roadway passing a sign reading "Good Teeth." Backpaper documents it as a giveaway by the American Dental Association. Small copyright along bottom edge "WDP." We've seen about half a dozen of these over the years. Superior NM example.
