Illustrations and rules on various types of safety including "Safe Walking/Playing/Bicycling/Swimming/Boating." Photos include Coach Layden as one of the Four Horsemen of Notre Dame University. Ad for Bit O Honey on front and back covers. Overall handling creases. c. 1940s. VF.
