Ring does not carry Tracy's name but is pictured and offered in 1938 premium ads for Dick Tracy from Quaker. This version has silver luster base with geometric designs. Top has pair of ridges into which are inserted a pair of brass luster initials. In this case the initials "CC." Couple of trivial scratches under magnification but displays Mint with full luster.
