Item Description
c. 1947 ring with base (minus the design) much like Kix Atomic Bomb Ring. Brass top band holds aluminum tube. Pulling up on die-cut brass arrow hinged at tube end causes short tapered brass piece with tiny rounded point to appear at opposite tube end. Point looks like ballpoint pen but "ball" is stationery. Exc. and first seen.
