5.5x14" with 20 pages of bw art. Printed by Lanfield-Kupfner Printing Co. c. 1920s as a giveaway, "Souvenir From The Morrison Hotel - The Home Of The Terrace Garden - Chicago's Famous Restaurant." Back cover features hotel promo ad. Four different versions of this comic were printed as giveaways. Book has some light handling wear with a 2.75" split to spine binding which does not affect integrity of book. Fine/VF.
