4x6x12” box explains “He Wiggles/He Waggles/He’s Smart/He’s Friendly.” Made by Toy Craft Inc. ©1948 Famous Artist Syndicate/The Chicago Tribune. Box shows wear with tape reinforcement on inside of top flaps. Box is complete, sturdy. 11” painted composition character has all over obvious wear w/numerous paint chips and splits. Would benefit from professional restoration and we can recommend someone if desired. Toy VG. Box with great graphics still displays Fine. Box rare.
