Center of dial has .75” paper insert with illustration of Annie. Wire connecting receiver/microphone to phone is brittle, hardened rubber insulation. Fragile. Receiver/speaker has small piece reglued on bottom edge. Base of phone has on/off switch on front and directions/battery compartment underneath. Comes with wire leads with spring clips. Box has lt. aging, slight blue color fade to bottom but tight and VF. Aside from repair phone itself display Exc. Rare.
