Lot consists of 4.5x6.25” envelope postmarked July 24, ’56 with 3.5x5.5” printed postcard with 2.5” dia. Ovaltine inner seal stapled to it. Text on postcard informs recipient that “Unfortunately, Because Of Other Commitments, We Cannot Have The Captain Midnight Show On TV Now…The Item You Requested Is No Longer Available And We Do Not Expect To Supply It In The Future.” Stamped signature of “Captain Midnight SQ-1.” TV show was last aired January 21, 1956. Exc. First we’ve seen.
