3x4.75” die-cut card features Popeye and friends with Popeye saying “It Ain’t Blowin What Makes Musik Y’Got To Hum Inta It.” ©1934 King Features Syndicate. Metal kazoo-like pipe has cardboard bowl with printed paper illustrations. Card has several creases, but remains complete and is not torn. Fine. Pipe is Exc. Comes with heavily worn instruction for pipe use.
