2.5x8.5" including tassel. Colorful woven ribbon w/text below image reading "Administration Building/And The Star Spangled Banner Oh Long May It Wave/Oh 'Er The Land Of The Free/And The Home Of The Brave/Welcome To All Nations." Intricate woven ribbon shows people in front of buildings and different colors on flags on top of building including U.S. flag on top of dome. .25x.75" color smudge at very bottom due to original adhesive residue where bottom of ribbon was folded back to form tip of ribbon.
