Intricate embossed illustration w/St. Louis on horseback w/sword and Indian in canoe w/headdress. Tissue paper frontispiece covers first page printed in cursive font "The Honor Of The Presence Of Hon. Myron Salzburger Is Requested At The Celebration Of The 100th Anniversay Of The Acquisition Of The Louisiana Territory To Be Commemorated By The Dedication Of The Louisiana Purchase Exposition, St. Louis, April Thirteenth And May First And Second, Nineteen Hundred And Three." Below are two facsimile signatures of the President of "Louisiana Purchase Exposition" and "Louisiana Purchase Exposition Commission." Other page is printed in cursive font reading "Joint Committee On Ceremonies/Louisiana Purchase Exposition Commission" w/names and titles of people involved in the expo. Bound together w/ribbon. 1/16x.5" margin loss to back cover, lt. surface dust on lower right front cover, vertical crease about 2" in from right margin.
