1.75" variety w/blue text on lighter blue rim rather than yellow rim. Center has splendid depiction of American working man wearing apron and rolling up his sleeves as he gazes toward large rwb flag. Four minute craze lines. One on right catches reflected light. Other three reveal only w/magnification. Displays Mint. W&H paper. First seen in four years.
