14" tall. ©1935 King Features Syndicate. Name and copyright on chest at neckline. Wooden pipe. Oilcloth hat brim remains pliable and glossy. Moderate paint flaking and some restoration, but would benefit from additional restoration. Still structurally sound and stands upright. Overall Fine. Rare large size.
