Comes with 8x10.5" paper insert "First Time Indoors June 14th To 30th Inclusive Every Night Including Sunday/Pan Pacific Auditorium Beverly Boulevard Near Fairfax" Los Angeles. 1" split at bottom spine. Scattered handling creases to both program and insert. Fine. First we've seen.
