Beemer served as the announcer for The Lone Ranger from its first broadcast in 1933 and took over as the voice of The Lone Ranger from 1941 to the end of the series in 1955. 5.25x8" hardcover with 128 pages. ©1933 Brace Beemer. "The Wondering Vagabond's Book Of Collected Poems And Thoughts By Brace Beemer Detroit Publishing Studio." In forward Beemer writes "Life Itself Is Poetry" and dedicates this book to "his mother, unseen audience, wondering vagabonds, the management and personnel of station WXYZ and all of you." Book inscription suggests a Christmas present from student to teacher. Light wear to cover. Contents Exc. Second is 8.5x11" WXYZ radio script for "The Happy Philosophers. A Show Of Songs And Verse." Brace Beemer is the announcer and poems used in the script are found in the forementioned book. Six pages. Tanned with age. Early and interesting Beemer pair.
