Republic Pictures, 1938 for use at the time of the first Lone Ranger serial. 10x19" framed photo taken at "Republic Pictures National Convention 1938-May 2,3,4,5, 1938 Hollywood California." Convention hall shows attendees and posters on the wall including "The Lone Ranger/King Of The Newsboys/Call Of The Yukon/Manhattan Merry-Go-Round/Under Western Stars/Prison Nurse/Gene Autry In Boots And Saddles." Frame shows wear but photo is Exc. and ready for hanging. 9.25x12.25" ad from Motion Picture Herald Magazine. Tinted action shot of Lone Ranger and Tonto. Light surface dust, VF. 1.5" brass star badge with silhouette of Lone Ranger on Silver and text "A Republic Serial/The Lone Ranger/176." These badges were serially numbered. Luster wear. VG. Interesting group.
