Item Description
10x12.5" "Check And Doublecheck" for Radio Pictures Limited for British distribution of first Amos 'N' Andy film. Large pencil notation across title with smaller at top margin. 2.5" tear at center right margin of front cover. Back cover has fold creases. VG/Fine. "Check And Doublecheck!" sample copy by Leo. Feist Inc. This has "Sample Copy - Not For Sale" stamped across front cover. Scattered handling creases. VF. "Three Little Words Featured In Check And Doublecheck" by Harms Inc. Name inked in upper right hand corner. Spotting along left hand side. Light dust soiling. Fine-VF. Both this and previous item 9.25x12". All c. early 1930s. "Sample Copy" is first we've seen.
