One-piece rayon costume with silk screen design. Costume has some scattered staining to reverse and a 4.5" seam tear underneath right arm. VF appearance. Thin plastic mask with simulated hair. Small crack at lip and some paint wear to nose. Comes with original plastic band. 2" split above right hand band fastener. Scattered .25" - .5" splits at edges.
