Item Description
This club, headed by "Tim", a cartoon lad with no surname, existed as early as 1929. Membership consisted of boys who patronized clothing stores electing to join the "Tim" endorsement theme. Premiums included code books, stamp albums and pinbacks related to "Pie Eater" activities. Tim and Superman joined forces around 1942. This ring is from the 30s and, although unmarked, it has almost certainly a sterling base. Each side features Tim's dog while on the top is Tim's high relief profile. Light general wear but overall Exc. Scarce.
