Item Description
This is a wide ranging group of rings which closes out a consigned collection. Group starts with ring made from spoon handle circa 1940s with image of Gerber baby and text on interior "Gerber/Oneida. Next and probably late 40s is silvered brass ring showing parachute and wing symbol with suspended claw design below. First we've seen. Small silver luster loss from the band. Next is "Sterling" ring showing full figure cowboy in chaps holding lasso over his shoulder as he stands next to fence posts. Each side has die cut long horn steer design. Another first seen. Next in copper luster shows praying hands. Next with expansion brass bands has what seems to be Buddha head on top. Next in white plastic has high relief well detailed image of pirate with eye patch against a octagonal colored lower panel. Next on big white plastic base is three dimensional shoe shine kit with text on sides "Shine/10¢ plus a silver shoe on the top. Next is one and a duplicate picturing "Miss Dairylea." Circa 1950. Next is scarce ring showing space capsule on the top and with "U.S. Keds" on each side. In addition there is a serial number on one of the bands with atomic symbols on the opposite band. Next is one plus a dupe showing "Kolonel Keds". Next is orange plastic ring base with inset flasher showing words "James Bond" and a portrait of a man who could be Sean Connery but not exactly a perfect match. Next are four blue plastic ring bases each with a inset real photo without dot pattern of one of the Beatles. John has surface traces of brown glue around perimeter of the photo and oval plastic surrounding the photo but his image area remains clean as are the other three pieces. Last is a silver luster expansion band ring with tapered top. Each side shows a hand with a raised thumb while at the center is Henry Winkler as Fonzie. All Exc. to Mint except as noted.
