5" tall tin litho by Ohio Art, ©1938 WDE. Nice wrap-around scene depicting Donald Duck as a traffic cop w/his nephews whizzing by on tricycles. Some small scattered spots of surface oxidation under image of Dewey and some rim wear w/oxidation, but color remains strong and pail still displays Fine. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection
