Item Description
This is very likely a premium ring as it is all brass with adjustable bands. However, we've never seen any paperwork documenting a sponsor. The top has a smooth circular dome which lifts up on a hinge and on the interior of the lid as well as the top of the ring base there are a pair of circular recessed openings designed to hold two photos each about 5/16" in diameter. Tiniest tarnish trace on the interior compartment but the exterior has essentially Mint luster. First example we can recall offering. Likely late 30s or 1940s.
