Item Description
Each 1.25" and both from the 1930s with either one being quite possibly the first Roy Rogers button. The first has his name and "Republic's Singing Western Star." This is NM displaying Mint. The second, with equally young photo, reads simply "Roy Rogers." This has numerous slightly diagonal celluloid craze lines running left and right across the button along with some tiny brown dots on the extreme edge. The button still has full gloss. While we've seen about five of the first button over five decades, this second one we've seen only once or twice. A rare pair.
