For the August 16-25, 1968 concert at Fillmore West featuring The Who, James Cotton, Magic Sam, Creedence Clearwater Revival, It's A Beautiful Day, Albert Collins, Grateful Dead, Kaleidoscope, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Spooky Tooth and Cold Blood. Poster art by Kelley and Rick Griffin. Central design includes a ghost-like image with hand above and below, lower hand holding Aztec serpent sculpture. Around this center image as well as the concert information at the right and left sides are framework consisting of demonic winged insect-like creatures.
