Item Description
Display card contains 2.5" long die-cast replica in metallic blue. Issued by Mattel in 1969 as part of the Hot Wheels line. Decal on back of card w/copyright information. Transparent blue sunroof w/ yellow and orange surf boards and decal sheet. Matching collector's button. Unpunched card is flat, upper left lt. corner crease, lt. crease on top right edge and lt. warp under blister. Blister clear w/1" crack on top and some loosening at top edge from crack. Some small dirt on inside of blister. Displays VF. Car is NM as issued.
