1-1/8x1-3/8" chrome case w/revolving outer rim (w/time notations) has dial featuring glow-in-the-dark numerals and small portrait image of Exxon Tiger. "Pennant" name/logo at top center. 1970s. Original colored fabric straps. Numerals still glow brightly and dial is bright and NM. Case has bright full chrome luster. Revolving outer rim shows some lt. wear. VF/Exc. Running.
