Item Description
6" tall spherical art glass decanter w/applied handle by Famosa LPW (complete w/Famosa foil sticker on front). Vienna, Austria art glass maker Leopold Palda Wein, 1930s. Wonderful hand-painted enamel image shows Minnie Mouse pouring drink into Nephew's mouth from similar style decanter. Facial features have been heavily applied for raised effect. Missing stopper. Exc. Comes w/five (appears to be one missing from set) 1.75" tall glass cups, four w/small enameled image of Mickey Mouse; showing him waving (2), playing violin and holding rose. Other glass shows Minnie holding cup. Some scattered aging to interior of one Mickey cup, o/w Exc. First we've seen of this high quality set in our 49 years.
