Item Description
Lot of two both c. 1970. The original "Electric Factory" venue was a converted tire warehouse at 22nd and Arch Streets, which opened in 1968. The first performers, on Feb. 2, 1968, were the Chambers Brothers. The building closed in 1973, and was eventually torn down and replaced w/condominiums. 2" dia. button features image of dancing anthropomorphic dog in suit w/"Electric Factory Concerts" text. Rim age spots but o/w glossy. Fine. Smaller 1.25" dia. button features Benjamin Franklin logo against day-glo red bkg. These buttons were produced in a number of different colors. Glossy and NM.
